Return Policy

All prices on MainPCUSA Online are reflected online orders only.

Products sold by MainPCUSA Online International, Inc.(USA) are covered under our 7-day full money back guarantee, unless otherwise noted. There will be a 15% restocking fee . NO REFUND after 14-days. Any retail box merchandise with a broken manufacturer seal will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

All returns covered under our money back guarantee are subject to the following:

    • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by MainPCUSA Online must accompany all returns.
    • RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 14-days from the date you receive the product. No refund after 14-days.
    • All return items must return to MainPCUSA Online in 10 days from the date of issuance.
    • All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging and all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts.
    • MainPC will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused.
    • Overclocking, or improper installation of CPU fans will cause CPUs to chip. All chipped CPUs are considered physically damaged and are not eligible for replacement or refund.
    • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
    • All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.
    • MainPC does not offer cross ship service.
    • Please allow 1-2 weeks for all refunds.

Bundled Items

    • When returning an item that was originally part of a bundle, the refund amount will be based on the item's single unit price at the time of purchase.

After receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number

    • Write your RMA number legibly on the return label or outside of the packaging box.

Unauthorized Returns

Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned to us because the address was invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus applicable shipping and handling fees.

Warranty Service

For warranty service, you must have a RMA number. If MainPCUSA Online is the warranty provider, you must obtain a RMA number from us. If a manufacturer or third party is responsible, you must obtain a RMA number from them. Please see the Manufacturer Warranty Section for full details.

All products are sold with their respective manufacturer warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.

Unless otherwise noted, warranty terms apply only to merchandise shipped within the USA. Merchandise forwarded to other international locations may not be covered under the warranty. Please check with the manufacturer or warranty provider prior to purchase.

SALES POLICY AGREEMENT

By placing an order at MainPC, a customer has agreed to the terms and conditions of the sale as indicated on this website. By placing an order at maincomp.com, a customer has agreed to the total dollar amount of the sale, and authorized MainPCUSA Online to collect payment via the payment method the customer specified. MainPC reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

MainPC attempts to be as accurate as possible in our content and pricing. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers. Please notify us so it can be corrected. MainPC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Warranty Information

All our computer systems (except notebooks) come with 1-year parts and 1-year labor warranty on hardware unless otherwise noted.

30-day limited warranty on most computer parts.

All Retail Box items - Refer to Manufacturer Warranty.

Dead Pixel Policy - Most manufacturers will not consider a LCD defective unless there are 7+ dead pixels present. Please check with the manufacturer in regards to this policy.
